1 Introduction and Consent

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between the 6k44 online gaming platform ("Platform") and its users ("Player" or "you"). By visiting the 6k44 website (https://6k44.cam), registering, or using any service, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirement

  • Your account has never previously been closed or banned by 6k44.
  • You are not operating more than one account beyond a single active account.
Important: For persons aged 21 and above only. Accounts belonging to minors will be closed immediately and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

6k44 may at any time request a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document for age verification. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To open an account with 6k44, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. We reserve the right to close any account registered with false information.

3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) secure. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to our support team immediately. Sharing account credentials with third parties is strictly prohibited.

3.3 One Person — One Account

Each individual may open only one 6k44 account. If the same person or members of the same household open multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and all bonuses and winnings may be cancelled.

3.4 KYC Verification

6k44 reserves the right to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer) before processing financial transactions. Government-issued ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method may be requested for verification.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal

The following limits apply to financial transactions on our platform:

  • Minimum deposit: ৳100 (for all payment methods)
  • Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
  • Withdrawal time: Typically within 15 minutes to 2 hours

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods

6k44 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

4.3 Deposit Rules

All deposits must be made from your own payment account. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and may result in account closure.

4.4 Withdrawal Rules

6k44 may require KYC verification to be completed before processing a withdrawal request. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals if fraud or irregular activity is suspected.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

Players making their first deposit at 6k44 are eligible for a 100% first-deposit bonus, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements apply to every bonus. For the welcome bonus, a wagering requirement of 10 times (10x) the bonus amount must be met before withdrawal.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse, bonus arbitrage, or collecting bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the relevant account will be closed and any bonus-related winnings will be voided.

5.4 Promotion Validity

The validity period and conditions of each promotion will be stated separately in the promotion details. Unused bonuses will be automatically cancelled once they expire.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

6k44 is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment. All game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures impartial and fair results.

6.2 Game Rules

Each game has its own rules, which are displayed in the game interface. Players are required to read the relevant game rules carefully before placing bets.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game is disrupted due to server outages, internet disconnection, or other technical problems, 6k44 will make its best effort to resolve the situation. However, 6k44 is not liable for losses arising from such circumstances.

6.4 Sports Betting Rules

For betting on cricket, football, and other sports, match outcomes will be determined based on the official announcements of the relevant sports authority. If a match in BPL, IPL, T20, or other tournaments is cancelled or postponed, a refund policy may apply.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 6k44:

  • Assisting or allowing minors to use the platform.
  • Money laundering, fraud, or any illegal financial activity.
  • Playing games using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
  • Intentionally exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs.
  • Colluding or conspiring with other players.
  • Attempting fraud through chargebacks or payment disputes.
  • Opening an account using a false identity or another person's information.
  • Attacking or attempting unauthorized access to the platform's technical infrastructure.

If these prohibitions are violated, 6k44 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the relevant account. Funds held in such accounts may be forfeited.

8 Privacy and Data Protection

9 Limitation of Liability

  • Losses caused by a user's failure to secure their account credentials.
  • Financial or legal consequences arising from unlawful gambling.
  • Unintended game interruptions due to technical issues.
  • Any losses resulting from a user's breach of these Terms.

6k44's maximum liability shall in no case exceed the value of the disputed transaction.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

10.1 Closure at Player's Request

Any player may request to close their account via 24/7 live chat or email. After self-exclusion takes effect, a specified waiting period must be completed before the account can be reopened.

10.2 Closure by 6k44

6k44 may suspend or close an account at any time without notice if:

  • A breach of the Terms is detected.
  • Fraud or money laundering is suspected.
  • An irregularity is found during age verification.
  • The account has been inactive for an extended period.

10.3 Balance After Account Closure

If an account is closed due to a breach of the Terms, deposited funds and bonuses may be cancelled. If closure is for a general reason or at the player's request, any eligible balance will be returned.

11 Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between 6k44 and a player, it will be resolved through the following process:

  2. Step 2: If direct contact does not resolve the issue, submit a formal complaint with a written description of the dispute.
  3. Step 3: Our dispute resolution team will review the matter and provide a decision within 7 business days.

Complaint deadline: If a complaint is not submitted within 30 days of the disputed event, the dispute will be considered settled.

12 Changes to Terms and Miscellaneous

12.1 Amendment of Terms

6k44 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. For significant changes, a notice will be posted on the website and/or sent to the registered email address. If you continue to use the platform after an amendment is published, you will be considered to have accepted the new Terms.

12.2 Language

These terms and conditions have been written in Bengali and the Bengali version shall be considered authoritative.

12.3 Partial Invalidity

If any provision of these terms and conditions is declared invalid by a court, the remaining provisions shall remain fully in effect.

12.4 Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions, the privacy policy, and the responsible gaming guidelines together form the entire agreement between 6k44 and the player, and replace any prior oral or written understandings.
